The Qur a terrorist

The Qur a terrorist The Qur'an on Terrorism What is the Islam holy book say about peace, war and violence? Muslims argue that their faith promotes justice, peace and freedom. Critics of faith (and some Muslims themselves) cite verses from the Koran that seem to promote violence and armed struggle. How can these images are different? The entire Qur'an as a text, a message of hope, faith and peace to a community of faith of a billion people. The message is that peace can be found through faith in God and justice among fellow human beings. At the time the Quran was revealed (7th century AD), there were no United Nations or Amnesty Inteational, peace or injustice. Violence and inter-tribal revenge was on the agenda. As a matter of survival, was prepared to defend against attacks from all sides. However, the Qur'an repeatedly urges forgiveness and restraint, and was the faithful not to "exceed" or "oppressors". Some examples: If someone kills a person - unless it is murder or for spreading evil in the land - would be as if he killed all mankind. And if anyone saves a life, it would be as if he saved the lives of all peoples. Qur'an 5:32 Laden all the way of thy Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching. And argue with them in a way that the best and most gracious. . . And if you punish, let your punishment be proportionate to the wrong that was done to you. But if you show patience, which is really the best. Be patient, your patience is from God and not sad about it, or even because of their fears sites. Because God is with those who hold back, and those who do good. Qur'an 16:125-128 Oh ye who believe! Festival in the area of justice, as witnesses to God, even against you or your parents or your kin, and whether rich or poor, God can no longer protect. Follow not the desire of your heart, so as to circumvent, and distort justice or decline to do justice, the truth of God is Informed of what ye do. Qur'an 4:135 The reward for a violation is a violation are the same (in degrees), but if a person forgives and that reconciliation, his reward is from God, because God does not love those who do wrong. But yes, if not to help and defend themselves after a wrong done to them, against such there is no reason to blame. The blame is only against those who suppress people with irregularities and insolently exceed beyond the land, defying right and justice, so there is a painful doom (below). But indeed if any show patience and forgive, that would really be a matter of great resolution. Koran 42:40-43 Good and evil are not equal. Repel evil with what is best. So the person you hate, you can use your intimate friend! And no one is such goodness except those who by patience and self restraint, no, but people in the greatest happiness. Koran 41:34-35 But with regard to those passages in the Koran, the indiscriminate violence, apparently to promote? One of the most frequently quoted verse (2:191) seems to command Muslims to "kill them wherever you are." But who are they? 'It is the non-Muslim or infidel? "One needs only to read the previous verse to find the answer:" Fight in the cause of Allah against those who see but do not transgress limits, for Allah loves not the transgressors "(2:190). In the following verses, Muslims are urged to stop fighting if the opponent is no longer his aggression. There are other similar verses calling on Muslims to defend themselves. But each is also qualified and limited in scope - which can not be interpreted as a Muslim-free license to kill everyone, everywhere, for whatever reason. Muslim scholars have analyzed these verses again and again, taking into account the historical context of revelation and written.
