What is Happiness

What is Happiness What everyone is looking for? Happiness without pain. A continuous happiness with no taint of any pain. ~ Lester Levenson Happiness is our basic nature. Rarely are, because we are not in touch with our basic nature. Instead, look for happiness in the world where there is not. The world equates happiness with the performance of a wish. However, each goal achieved last possession of the property is a fleeting pleasure. Not appreciate what I have. Yes, I am grateful for that. However, satisfaction and pleasure are not the same happiness. Again, one can be loved, even adored, and not be happy. The people, for example, Elvis Presley is adorable. E 'stato bello, talent and good heart. However, he is not happy. What is happiness? The whole world craves, but which few have. And those who like it, do so only fleetingly. However, it is rare that experience and our true nature rarely get in touch with our souls, because the limits of thought alteative soul as the clouds obscure the sun. It is up to each person to discover his soul. This research is done through spiritual practices. As we paid our illusions about the nature of the world and our relationship with it, we became more aware of our light. When we love, and sharing, which affect the majesty of our soul. Performed throughout the world. We slip out from behind the veil of the mind and prove ourselves. One that has stripped away all the veneer of thought, all the layers of the mind, becomes ensouled. When the mind is calm, there is nothing left, but the infinite Self.
