The Holy Spirit is our guide
The Holy Spirit is our guide You have probably heard that the Holy Spirit is like a cloud, a mist, a ghost, or even a wind. As we all know, is so difficult to explain what or who is the Holy Spirit as it is to explain what is the wind. Obviously, the wind is something we can not see, however, we can feel the wind in such a way that leads us to try to explain that when we speak of the effects of wind and what not all us.I have spent many hours filled with fun activities related to the wind as the sail, the flight plans, and an increase in delta wings. As a result, have become very familiar with the effects of wind. I know that many of the ways the wind can affect any vehicle I? M in. Of course, as always have control of the boat or plane to adjust the sails or wings correctly for the best, most practical and safest use of wind. I have, through training and experience, leaing how to make invisible and uncontrollable as the wind became my servant. When to feel the wind in your face, so that there is, and I know in which direction it blows. The wind can be gentle or it can be wild, and strong! So for me to lea what is the wind? Say? so it will always be the one who is control of the airplane and I was in a boat? s when I have to make a choice: either I can not? against the wind? or yield to it. When I try to fight the wind, does not work. I've never won a battle. But when to relax and go with the flow, yo? I found that I can always find a way to move forward toward my goal. For example, when in full flight of an airplane, in a strong, rough and full of wind, I choose my head fragile aircraft to the sanctuary and safety of a nearby airport. Or, when in a boat in the storm of wind and rough sea, under the guidance of a sheltered port where I can drop the anchor and I know I? Ll be safe. In this way, I seem to take control of the effects of wind, but in reality can never control the wind.As Christians sometimes try to explain the Holy Spirit as a person who lives within us, affecting our lives as the invisible wind. (See Acts: Pentecost the Holy Spirit came? Shaped wind?). Like the wind, we are aware that the Holy Spirit? S presence in us by the effect it has on us.As know from Scripture, the Holy Spirit? S goal is to live within those who believe in this Jesus is God? S fonts, including: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-produced in the lives of all believers. (Galatians 5:22-23). As Christians we should not fight for these features on our own, because the Holy Spirit offers our hearts. Also, as believers, we agree and put our trust in what the Holy Spirit assists. The result is that our spiritual growth, how to improve? Walk in the Spirit? (Galatians 5:25). As I said earlier, over a lifetime, yo? I leaed the many ways that could make the wind to my advantage. This experience has given me a better understanding of how the invisible wind of the Holy Spirit guide my heart and mind. Experience has taught me that I can check? Wind of the Holy Spirit? more than anyone can control the wind of this natural world. The advantage for me is that the wind of the Holy Spirit is constantly guiding, directing and doing a job on me, so what I do, my way of life is what God wants. But with regard to non-Christians there? Once again, the? Uncontrollable? Holy Spirit, can be like a wind that gently ring the hearts and minds of all non-Christians. The Spirit gives them the same benefits: a new life is bo again for the forgiveness of Christ. (John 16:8-11). This gentle persuasion is done so that these non-believers and feel welcome? waiting - who have the desire to understand the Scripture, which says to them:? that is in you more than the world. (Rom. 8). When there is wind, we know that there is, because you see what he does. Similarly, with our faith and trust in God, we can live our lives with the hope that we will experience the good effects of the wind of the Holy Spirit that lives in every believer. Finally when it comes to sacrificing our control l 'uncontrollable wind of the Holy Spirit living in us. then and only then, it was done - it guide.Terry L.
