What the 70 s Show has taught me to Christianity
What the 70 s Show has taught me to Christianity What -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-" "That 70's Show" has taught me to Christianity "- by Caleb Osboe? Caleb Osboe - All rights reserved throughout the world might have leaed about Christianity from "That 70's Show"? I am sure that is what everyone thinks now.Well today I was watching the episode and that was the family goes to church and, in general, take-up in religion. Children do not want to go and the mother, because she wanted to have dreams about how it was not a "good Christian" and that their sons to the Church of God was not to let him go into heaven. The father is not like going to church because I was bored and did not at that point. The daughter kept hitting the pastor and youth in general was very fun ... but I digress. What that taught me is that people need to know what really means to be Christians, for us and for God! What do you think were the reactions of children to go to church, if realized, should not go? Do you think we wanted to go because I wanted to know that God sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for your sins? Do you think that the life of the mother who was much less stressful if you have done is not responsible for the fate of you and your family? That could call into the sky the way we imagine simply accept God's gift of salvation through faith? And he made his daughter flirt with the young shepherd? Well, I probably would not have been trying to satisfy their need for intimacy with many different people, when you realize what God has loved and desired companionship. It 's amazing how much help the lives of these people in "That 70's Show "If realized, that have been and who God is. It could change your life if you knew these things? God created you and me, and loves us (Genesis 1:1). He gave us life and deserves our love and gratitude. But they chose to disobey him and left us to do what is right (Romans 3:23). It may not be as sinful as the man in the street or may be even worse than he or anyone else we know, but we are all guilty before God (1 John 1:8). God is perfect, everything perfect, and always fair. Why this can not overlook the fact that all have sinned. The Bible says: "The wages of sin is death" (Romans 6:23). The just punishment they deserve for our rebellion against God is death.Jesus, the only Son of God came to earth and lived a perfect life without sin - that is completely innocent. He received the punishment they deserve, when he was crucified on the cross, took upon himself all - the death penalty that should be ours. (Romans 5:8) But do not be dead after three days he rose from the grave and ascended to heaven. And he died for a retu day.Jesus you. It can be saved by asking Him for forgiveness of their sins. If you are willing to repent of their sins, He is waiting to forgive. No matter what you did in the past, if you request for forgiveness of Jesus, He does not reject. The word "repent" literally means "stay away from." You should look at your life, admit that you are a sinner, genuinely desire to tu back to sin, and ask him to forgive you. If you do this, He promises to forgive you.True Christianity is not attending a church, or trying to adapt their behavior in some models of how a Christian should act. Being a Christian means that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, that He is their Savior. Jesus is always present. He may feel now, if you seek the forgiveness. If you want to pray and ask Jesus to be your Savior, you can say something like this prayer: "Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. The truth is that I have sinned with my choice and I am responsible. I know that the right punishment for my sin is death. Jesus, I believe that he died in my place. Forgive me for my sin. I trust completely because I know I can not do anything to solve my situation. I repent. Come into my life, for my sins and give me the life that I promised. "If you prayed this, you are saved! You are now completely forgiven, a new creation, holy and blameless in the eyes of God if in a bad state here and there, do not worry, the words are not important - they are simply expressing our faith through prayer. Congratulations and welcome to the family of God! ---=-=-==-=-=-=-==-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-" Who wants to test the existence of a large group of care-free life of being a better Christian every day and experience the joy of life of innocent life without limits and without having to worry about following a group of uptight rules?
