What's your hobby

What's your hobby When you saw the title of this article, which was your reaction? Did you groan? Have you been happy? Did you mean? Who has time for hobbies? I used to hate when I was asked this question, especially when my children were in preschool children. I remember saying, I do not have? T have a hobby, my children. I believe that God wants us to play and relax. Even if fans are not expressly mentioned in the Bible. Remember Ecclesiastes 3:1;? There is a time for everything and a season for every activity under heaven? L 'time for any hobbies? The Bible says, which seems fairly comprehensive me.As for a child, what to do with your free time? What did you do to relax or just for fun? As adults, we often forget to be happy or feel somehow like goofing off. I still remember my father liked the color, and sometimes after a hard day's work would be to sit and color. We kind of thought that was funny, but loved. I used to play the piano. Recently, we had a piano at home. I started playing maybe 15 minutes a day and try to improve my skills rusty. Playing the piano was very relaxing for me. And I'm calm and I think I have something more in control. The plan does not speak again, even if I make a mistake. I am surprised that 15 minutes can do for me and my mood.Moms, so that you are very busy and sometimes you simply want to explore the night in bed and sleep. I would encourage them to find maybe only 15 minutes a week to start doing something you like. Perhaps a hobby from childhood or a new hobby. Take the time? Goof off? and do something for you. Maybe get a massage or a manicure once a month. They deserve it. Taking a little 'time to make a big difference in your mood.
