Gold has facilitated
Gold has facilitated There is an unusual verse in the Bible, "How the gold has lost its luster, the fine gold is bored" (Lamentations 4:1). As I considered this verse, I thought, yes, my gold is taished. I began to wonder how this will taish gold that God has honored, and it is these thoughts I share.Inherent within this gem is the fact that we made in the image of God himself: "You made him a little 'lower than the heavenly beings and crowned him with glory and honor "(Psalm 8:5). God has given each of us gifts of gold, but not the gold that the world adores. And 'the gold of life, humanity, love, talents and gifts that limited view, much less to thank, because they consume each day in what the world treasures. Let's talk, cheat, lie and perjure steal a pot of gold that you can not take with us when God calls us all to take into account the capacity that has been kind enough to us.To of the world's gold bullion to its qualities of strength, not like the iron rust or taish like silver, are less likely to corrode other metals. This is a dazzlingmetal and makes a splendid sight. That does not lose its shine and be appreciated in value terms. Gold is the God of man. His thought of such importance that He died for what could be gold ... When he tried me, I will come as gold "(Job 23:10). And, thanks to God, He considers us worthy of redemption and a new building for eteity. "... Otherwise, I would have said "(John 14:2). With this in mind, we must weep as we read this verse of Lamentations 4:1. Think that our gold mitigated the uses of the noble gifts - how to grieve the Giver! It is man made ugliness in a beautiful world, once: "And God saw all he had done was very good," Genesis 1:31. "How many are your works, O Lord! In wisdom you have made all the earth is full of your creatures "(Psalms 104:24). If God has blessed us with the intellectual, artistic taste, gifts for music, philosophy or science, and the means of a refined education, then, if it is used for worldly ambition, love of money, or just for self-satisfaction, and then crucify Jesus as much as those who cried for his blood when he was on earth. We know that gold has become dim when we are no longer enthusiastic about life and our relationship with the Creator. There are valuable in proportion to what we can achieve and, more importantly, our reasons for doing what they do. And if you doubt what we are, we must remind ourselves that we can share in the nature of God, to assist in the work of God and share the glory of God! What are the manifestations of our loss of brightness? I think Paul sums in 2 Timothy 3:1-4: "But mark this: There will be terrible times in recent days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of good, treacherous, rash, conceited , lovers of pleasure rather thanlovers of God - which have the appearance of piety but refuse to efficiency ". When we fall into sin then our gold is off and our talents are prostituted to the low end. What a disgrace! We are made to give glory to God, and shine to him. If music, art, economics, education - whatever the profession in our lives - our profession of Christ, and then they give us joy and satisfaction in all aspects of our lives. Finally, gold is the fruit of the Spirit: "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control" (Galatians 5:22). Note that the result is unique, but the works of the flesh, to obscure the gold, Paul uses the plural: "The acts of sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery, idolatry and witchcraft; the hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy, drunkenness, orgies, and the like "Gal. 5:19-21. However, gold and precious God wants of those who profess love for him are the qualities that shine in their character. It is interesting that the words of grace and joy rose from the same Greek root. "Joy is the fruit [gold] is bo of the Spirit of a life that is sweet and gentle, full of good will, generosity in giving to others, I am happy when he accepted and rejoiced with her, but forgiving, and still sing when the men were rejected and persecuted. " What a good description of the source of our gold, sweet Jesus, and forgiveness. He is the fruit that nourishes our souls and our lives still brilliant Him.I to close with a wonderful quote from Biblical Illustrator: "You have wrapped your flower garden, where every branch has encouraged the group to promise the fruit , have you ever seen the time of flowering manhood? Did you note the rapid impetuosity, high sensitivity, the noble emotions, tender sympathy, the fine, frankly, the metallic ring of conscience, the game high top? Oh! what was the power to bless the world, if this is fixed in the flower of the fruit, and everything that has developed more in proportion to their real stature smooth, rich as the power, and hundreds thousands of people who had been a man who tued the light in dark places of the universe, which is a lever that allows its strong solidarity became a force against evil, as a refuge healthy sentiment and opinion, as a moral power, how your kindness would radiate around it, to the extent that their world stretched. And best of all, that the promise has been fulfilled, had any kind of hope and aspiration has been established in the fruit could be the way the truth and goodness, and large, a holy, devout, without however , as tenant withal cheerful this world should be sunny, mild and tender as a virgin and child, however, as the strongest male as a hero throughout the world. A Worshiper all his life with God in all their thoughts, God in his heart, his life happy, knowing that the service of his God, and yet the son of free men and users of the world, a presence and a power to justice everywhere "(Anonymous).
