Vegetarianism

Vegetarianism Millions worldwide suffer from malnutrition and the threat of famine. One third of the grains in the world is used to feed animals for fattening for slaughter. The quantity of cereals for animal raised for slaughter is higher in the U.S. than in other parts of the world. We human beings may straving the grain instead of fattening a cow of a fast food restaurant for a hamburger. A vegetarian diet reduces the risk of heart disease and cancer. It 'the easiest weight loss and lowers cholesterol. The animals are given hormones and antibiotics, that man can do without to excess. A further advantage of being vegetarian is that you do not have to worry about mad cow disease or salmonella. Tropical forests are being destroyed at a rapid pace to make room for cattle grazing. There's a lot of cruelty and abuse, when the animals are bred for slaughter.Vegetarianism shows respect for all life and creation. The following are the quotations from the Bible. If you believe that the Bible is the Word of God, then it seems that he did not consider factory farming: a man has only one to feel the life of your beast.Proverbs 12:10 p.m. The Lord is good to all, and its compassion is beyond all that is made.Psalm 145:9 The reason I brought this has nothing to do with the attempt to convince others to become vegetarians. It seems to be otherwise only parts of the Bible have been followed. More choice of religion. Christianity in its most beautiful. Who wants a good steak, but you can not miss the Sunday service? Hypocritical, once again. E 'inconvenient not to eat meat, is good. Issacc Bashevis Singer said, "We are all creatures of God ... pray for God's mercy and justice, as you continue to eat meat from animals that are slaughtered on our account is not consistent. " Jesus spread a message of compassion, love and mercy. He said: "Blessed are the merciful." Frankly, I do not care if others eat meat or not. However, I feel like when some Christians feel alone and morality, and then take the path of least resistance. It 'easier to go with the flow and not eating meat is eaten. Personally, I have decided not to have killed an animal for the sole purpose of my eating. This choice has nothing to do with the Bible. Cooking meat every night for my husband and son, is the choice of eating, not mine. It does not bother me at all to cook the meat, or eating. While touching the dead flesh does not give me the creeps.Jackie Wellman, author of spiritual clarity,
